Yesterday my car during acceleration started to shake very very sligthly and it was on and off,after about 10 minutes of driving shaking was very strong, came ses light and half engine displayed. Checked with bt cable and found following codes:29D2
29D2 Misfirings, cylinder 6
Error will cause a warning light
Error is currently present
Test conditions have been completed
Signal or value below threshold
2E35 Injection valve cylinder 6, input signal
Error will cause a warning light
Error is currently present
Test conditions have been completed. What can cause injection valve code? Bentley manual says : 2E35 cylinder 6 high pressure injector low side/high side electrical

That's pretty clear cut that #6 injector is going bad. Swap the #1 and #6 coils and see if the misfire follows that coil. I doubt it will considering you have an injector code too. Might as well check though. Are you running a tune/can data log? Check the wiring going to that injector as well, make sure its not grounding

I did swap many times,no results, no tune. Maybe vanos solenoid?

41000 miles and injector is going retired??? carbon build up????

When was the last time you changed your plugs? I had a cylinder 4 misfire and it ended up being a bad plug. Swap coil packs and if the misfire follows, then its a coil. If not change the plugs.

Injector would cause a cold engine misfire. Everyone talks about carbon build up, but I'm not buying the fact it would cause misfire due to the fact we don't have port injection... Good luck.

I have the same codes as you , but mine was due to a slip up with E85 ratio , I used 50/50 with 93 and E85 and during a WOT I got these codes. I dont have a E85 tune yet so I am guessing my injector is busted. I have now only 93 on tank and still have these codes , rough running every time I start and get reduced power after a few sec.

I tried reset all adaptations with INPA , cleared all codes ... but still have the codes come back.

I am going to pull the plug to see if it is wet , if so its a easy fix I hope to replace the injector.

My plugs are recently replaced.

There is a recall , check with them if you fall under it and ask the for the price . Its 1 hour job , maybe 250 usd?

Find out also what index your current injectors are , 10 and below dont mix with 11 and above. I have a set of working used injectors in the US , you can have one from me for cost of shipping one to me in Norway too. Will get back to you about what index my spare set of injectors are. Cost of shipping of one injector to me in Norway should not exceed 40$ . Mine are located with VAC Motorsports.
