I think it's possible to find a 2010 with under 40k miles for your top end, I've seen people say they bought their CPO 2010 335i's with under 40k miles for around 27k-30k out the door.

It'll be really hard to find a CPO 335 for $26k. Especially if you're considering an Xdrive. Honestly for $26k I would just try to find a nice one owner, early model 25-30k mile car with a year or so on a factory extended warranty. That'll give you time to decide whether or not the warranty is for you, and will give you time to save up for another warranty.

geesh sounds like anything over 30k is a pile of junk.... I bought an 09 with 13k on it and now it has just over 31 and runs great!

It's out of warranty unless you get CPO, thats a big thing to consider. Don't be afraid to wait for the exact car your want, its out there. Might take some time but in the end its always worth it.
