so, next year august, ive decided to get a used 5 series. i would get one here, but i would be overpaying by about 50%. (remember? i paid 80,000 US for a BASE 320i). So i was thinking of buying it in the UK and bringing it down here to Trinidad. im only using the UK because its right hand drive there, and i dont want to get a left hand drive... because then ill be forced to put a big, ugly sticker on my 5er saying left hand drive. mileage is not an issue.

i got an estimate for shipping, its going to be 3,000 US Currency. i dont want to pay more than 30,000 for a 5er. i have my eye on a 525i. i was wondering though, could i buy a left hand drive car and have it converted somehow? i mean, if that is a possibility, then i could get a 5er from the states for 25k, and with shipping it would be 28k, and id be set, with an extra 2k for a paintjob!

i know, alot of these kinds of posts are bothersome.... but id like your input/help. it means alot guys!
