2008 requires K+DCAN. The FTDI chipset is the way to go!

hi i ve got a carsoft for BMW and i'm not really happy of result of this ?

for example it is not possible to see shadow code so sometines not easy to make a good diag ?

is USB K-Line or K+DCAN Cable with this soft is better ?

Only one that I know that works great is the Bavarian Technic Tool. I know there are other options that may be a little cheaper but I have no personal experience with them.

read up on inpa. you can pretty much do everything with it. code injectors, read all codes , test stuff etc.

Go to BMW coding . Com
And do alot of searching and readings.

There is also a DIY on the coding section here that should get you setup the same way.

sorry I'm not good at searching on this forum, I got INPA DCAN cable, and I tried it with bmwlogger it doesn't recognize... what do I need to do, I have windows parallel 7 on mac
