FS: BMW Specific Intake Valve Walnut Blasting Kit!
I have for sale a brand new, in box BMW special tool used by dealers for intake valve walnut shell blasting procedures. This is a heavy duty sandblasting tank with the handheld gun, walnut shell nozzles, N54 and Mini 4-cyl engine specific intake manifold connectors and air compressor fittings.
I'll also include a 3 gallon 200psi air compressor and fittings, along with 10 pounds of appropriately crushed size walnut shells. I also have a brand new 2 gallon shop vac and extended shop vac tubing to use with the walnut shell blasting machine. You can use this kit to walnut shell blast dozens of direct injection BMW and Mini engines. Asking $1200 for everything! Pickup from Woburn, MA. Must sell as I'm moving! |

So, who wants to buy this and offer free walnut blasting day to Massachusetts e90posters just out of the goodness of their heart? Anyone?

Hate to point it out, but you seem to be significantly overpriced...
Intake adapter: $62 http://www.ecstuning.com/Search/81292208037/ES2165972/ Compressor: $100 http://www.sears.com/craftsman-3-gal...p-00915310000P Sand blaster: $100 http://www.harborfreight.com/40-lb-p...ter-68992.html Walnut Media: $24 http://www.harborfreight.com/25-lbs-...dia-92155.html 2 Gallon Shop Vac: $25 http://www.sears.com/tools-wet-dry-v...ctType=CAT_REC Total: $311 Maybe your stuff is super high quality, but even considering that, I can't see how it is worth $1200 |

The difference is that I am offering the genuine BMW sand blasting special tools, nozzles and most importantly the intake manifold adapters. These are not cheap Harbor Freight tools. The reviews for the Harbor Freight sandblaster you linked to state that the HF unit handles finer grit very poorly and clogs frequently. BMW recommend finer grit walnut media, BTW.
Just because its available cheaper in the aftermarket, doesn't mean it does the same job... |

What parts in your kit are genuine BMW? Do you have a links to the pieces in your kit? pics?
Also, this guy used cheap HF tools (with the exception of the intake adapter, which he used BMW, but the one from ECS looks identical) and got great results: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B3Ta...BoTTM5aEE/edit BTW, I am not just trying to troll your sale, I am genuinely interested in buying the tools to do this job, whether I just piece it together, or buy some stuff second hand is TBD. |
