64GB USB Stick Recommendations?

I have aprox. 50GB of music I want to load on to a stick / keep plugged in to the arm rest of my 2008 335.

I just wasted an hour of my life formatting an HP v165w to FAT32 and fiddling with it - but the car simply won't recognize it.

I tested an old 4GB drive I had laying around and it fired right up with no problems. The drive works on my Win7 machine - so I can only assume there is something goofy with it's firmware/file IO.

I'd prefer a short USB stick, so I can leave it in the car and close the arm rest. Looking for recommendations from anyone who has a setup that works.

Since the drive you tried to format is larger than 32GB, Win7 formatted it using exFAT, and its not supported by the system.
