Seeking consensus: does video in motion mess with airbags?

I have searched and I come up with conflicting information on this subject. Getting ready to do another round of coding on my 335i and I am toying with the idea of video in motion for the wife when we go on long trips. I am pretty sure that this works by tricking the car into thinking it is in park so....does it mess with airbag deployment or any other safety systems? Relying on the collective wisdom of the forum here. What say you?

I would like to read the info where it says that it conflicts with airbag system.
Also I would like to read the reasoning of it.

No, you're programming the speedlock for the VIM is at a higher speed. You're not tricking the car to think its parked or going slower.

Hmmm, when I shift from P to D my video goes immediately dark.

There's a coding option that allows you to play video regardless of what gear you are in only if you not moving.

Not to be a smartass, but what is the point of a code that allows me to be in any gear with video as long as I'm not moving? Makes no sense.
