No, this is not Harmon Kardon (aka Logic 7), it's the amp ABOVE the Harmon Kardon, which is the BMW Individual Audio.

This option is not available on all E9X's, only the higher end ones.

This is for someone who wants to upgrade beyond the Harmon Kardon, or if they blew their stock amp and need to replace it and don't want to spend almost $2K for a new amp.
