Does Koni sell (or do resellers sell) Single shocks?

Had Koni FSD's (2100-4036) installed a month ago, along with springs, but I found out that Eibach had included incorrect rears in the box. It took me a month to get replacements for the rears, but I got them two weeks ago, and finally got around to installing them myself today. Right side took about 45 minutes to install, most of that trying to align the hub with the control arm (if that's what it's called), but when I did the left... it took me almost an hour to get the nut off the shock. The reason it took so long? This:

After another two hours, I finally got the left side in, but I cannot get the nut back on the shock..as you can probably imagine from that photo. The shock is basically just sitting in it's holder in the arm, but it could probably pop out (and isn't doing anything) since it's not attached.

I really do not want to have to pay 600-800$ for a set of 4 all over, but I cannot find single shocks listed on anyones site. Anyone know of a reseller that sells the shocks individually?

I would call them. I am sure they will sell individual pieces if you tell them what you need.

Konis have lifetime warranty Idk if their warranty is transferable if you didn't originally buy the shocks. If you bought them originally then call them up I think they send you a shock for half the price then when you shop back the shock they refund you. I heard this from someone so don't quote me about it lol good luck

Thanks for the info..I wasn't aware. I am the original purchaser, but I would figure the warranty only covers something like if it explodes or falls apart, not cuz some retard screwed a nut on the wrong way? I was about to call them shortly anyway to find out.

Thanks guys!

TIL: ALWAYS work on your own car

Call koni or go back to who ever installed them. Koni includes a new nut for the lower because it is a different thread than stock. I am guessing the stock nut is what you took off?
