Does the flapper in the driver's side tailpipe rattle? If no, I am interested. I did a "MIG-weld golf tee mod" on my car because my flapper shaft was worn out and the rattle was driving me nuts, but now the noise is getting to me... it's fun around town but on the highway it's just obnoxious.
