Strange brumming engine noise E92 325i

Hello

I've got an 2007 325i E92... recently maybe in last 6 months I started to hear strange brumming noise like here

Please turn your speakers louder to be able to hear. Its like "Broom, broom broom" with 0,3 seconds in between. This does not dissapear after the engine is warm. I have also noted when driving or shutting down the AC, the motor engine rpm drops to 500-600 instead of being on 650 which creates more noise and more vibrations as well.

Any ideas?

Hello

I would hereby inform you that the culprit in the drama was the waterpump which was on the virge of giving up. After couple of weeks it just died on itself and I needed to replace it completely. Its electric thingy and usually failes after 100 000km

Anyways, after the change no brumming noise. Thank god.
