Anyone have any idea on how i change xenon light bulb on my E92 coupe 2007 and what thousand k bulb colour is on the stock bulbs, looking to change to a 6000k.

Pretty sure you have to go through the tire well and use a torx bit to open the back panel on the assembly. The H8 light willl be right behind the access panel and has two metal clips holding it in place. I have opened the headlight assemblies before just not on the car which is why i say im pretty sure its through the wheel well to get the best access.

You can find diys on here, but yeah you have to remove the front portion of the wheel well liner to gain access to the door on the back of the headlight.

I replaced my car bulb and it is possible to do it without removing the wheel as some online guides suggest. It takes some effort and patience doing it the first time it took me nearly 3 hours. I got stuck trying to remove the back headlamp cover and again unlocking the wire clip from the bulb itself.
