Had 35% in my blacked out / batmobile cadillac for the first few months I use to turn on my interior lights (i had put white leds) whenever i saw a cop since i was lil paranoid (dark colors transmit darker inside)but 2yrs never got pulled over for tints

Put 35% on my 3 series as well never got pulled over (Silver Exterior, Black interior)

I'll stick with 35% since its good luck, be always on the lookout for cops and turn on your interior lights if you have 30% or less and if your car is dark.

Navigation should brighten up your cars interior as well.

can i leave 70% on front and 30% on back windows?. is it going to be legal or i will still get ticket?

Back window tint is only legal in trucks and SUVs. Cars need the rears at 70% also.

No limit but honestly there's no point in tinting our rear if you don't tint the sides. It will look stupid. Plus the darker it is the more useless the rear mirror will be. At 5% tint I can't see cars in my rear view mirror if they don't have their headlights on.
