Anyone here work for an auto body in north Jersey?

Hey guys, getting out of a very tight parallel spot I bumped my E92 into my van behind me. I got all the smudges off my bumper with some rubbing compound and there's no chipped paint whatsoever. There is though a bubble now and a light groove on the bumper. I couldn't capture it on camera because it's only really noticeable in the sunlight. Any ideas on what I can do?

My auto body guy said he wants to "play around and give it a try". He doesn't seem very confident that heating up the bumper and making a couple adjustments will get it back to what I would feel is acceptable.

If anyone here works at an auto body and can offer a suggestion I appreciate it. I'm so mad at myself over this. I repainted my bumper 2 years ago and they have been PERFECT until now.
