oem tpms for bbs wheels

I have a set of BBS RS GT wheels but the OEM sensors do not fit bc the stem is too wide for the bbs hole. Anyone have any suggestions?

The TPMS error message I get is starting to bug me

thanks!

The RS GT is a one piece and has a standard valve hole. What wheel did your sensors come off of?

Wait, my RS GT wheels are a two piece. they are the bmw oem tpms for a 2009 335.

I previously had them on te37 reps though.

Ahh, yes there is a 2 piece. OK then you need the smaller diameter valve stem 5.5mm instead of the standard 8mm.

Would that be as easy as just buying that 5.5mm stem and replacing it on the standard 8mm? sorry if that seems like a dumb question. the tpms are not one of my strongest areas
