Left headlight fuzzy?

My left headlight is unusually fuzzy and dull compared to my crystal clear right headlight, any suggestions on how to fix this?

Is it on the inside or outside? If its the outside you can polish it.

I believe its the outside because whenever i spray some goo gone on it it becomes clear until i wipe it off and it goes back to fuzzy.

Yeah that's probably because goo gone has some wax or something similar to it in it to make it shiny. You'll have to polish it. There's a ton of ways how to do it just
