18" 313s tire choice

I've done some searching on this, but wanted some opinions.

I have oem 162 18s right now, but want to change rims and possibly get a more comfortable ride with more sidewall. I'm thinking oem 313 but they only come in 18x8 and 18x8.5. I'm lowered with KW comforts, but it's not crazy aggressive.

What's the fattest tire I can fit for a nice comfy ride? Any comments on staggered vs squared?

I'm thinking 245/40/18 is my answer for a square setup...

Before I pull the trigger, does anyone think I'll have any rubbing problems with:

Style 313 oem 18x8.5 square setup et 37
245/40/18 size tires
lowered with KW comfort coilovers
