SOLD: REDUCED: FS: 19" 335is wheels & tires, OEM 313's w/ RFT's

SOLD 7/31/13

For Sale: 19" 313's and Bridgestone Potenza RFT's off my 335is. Center caps are included. TPMS's are not included.

Price picked up: $2,500
Price shipped: $2,650 (includes ground shipping and packaging material)

Wheels are in very good condition with no curbage, bends, or cracks.

The only noticeable blemish includes some slight discoloration around the roundel on 1 rear wheel. There is also a small scratch on 1 of the spokes on the other rear wheel. Both are pictured below.**

**UPDATE 7/22/13: I took both rear wheels to BMW. Since the discoloration is under the clear coat, BOTH are being replaced under warranty. So, both rear wheels included in this set will be BRAND NEW!

The (4) tires have approximately 90% tread remaining. There are no cracks, and each tire shows very even wear.
225/35/19 fronts & 255/30/19 rears

Please PM me for further details or information.
Thanks for viewing!

Update

By popular demand, I'm taking the rear wheel with the slight discoloration around the roundel to BMW to determine if it can be covered under warranty.

If they replace it, the sell price WILL increase to $2,250 picked up and $2,400 shipped. Otherwise, the price currently listed will remain.

More to follow....

how do you increase the price for something that's replaced for free under warranty?

Respectfully, if the old wheel showed no discoloration, I would not have set the price that low to begin with.

Regardless of how or why the wheel was replaced, brand new wheels, or even used wheels with zero damage, carry higher value than those with visual or physical imperfections. Better quality product = higher price.

Do you not agree?

....And in my book, there's nothing "free" about BMW's warranty. We inherently pay for it as soon as we decide to purchase the vehicle. Nothing can be considered free if it's already factored into the purchase price, and it's foolish to think that isn't the case, regardless of vehicle manufacturer.

Before we go any further, I would have been willing to pull the trigger on your wheels if you would have originally listed them for $2,500 with the discolored wheels plus I'm local to you.

You priced the value of the wheels at what you wanted to achieve as a sale price, hence asking $2250 -- you then said the price would go up if you got them replaced, now when the price goes up for something either that means the rarity/exclusivity of it has increased or some value has been added to the product by means of adding an increased cost to the product being sold. Neither of which you did here.

You increased the price of the wheels, because you got them replaced under warranty? LOL WUT.

BMW's warranty is free -- you pay nothing for it, you can't get the vehicle cheaper by excluding the warranty and paying for service/maintenance out of pocket. A 99 m3 was $35k starting and a 12 m3 is $55k starting....they added $20k over 13 years in warranty cost?

I digress.

If you want me to delete my comments, I will. Just say so.

This is an open, public forum, and I respect your comments and opinions. There's no need to delete your post. But, I'm not interested in continued banter, either opinion could be argued/discussed endlessly at this point.

If you are/were seriously interested in making a purchase, and local, I think the most appropriate discourse would be to shoot me an offer in a PM for further discussion.

Thanks,
