Are these stock headlights?

i was shopping for parts, and the owner had same model looked like, and asked me where did i get the headlights? i didn't know they were aftermarket... i replied.... he then showed me his, and they were different! so now i'm confused?

so here are my pics e90 325i 2006

i'm also looking for replacement angel light bulbs, i finally found a DIY for this and located all the locations needed, if someone could help me to find the right ones for these, it would really help... i haven't fully grasped which are which, led/ halogen/ etc

Those are stock that someone tinted

Perhaps your buddy has halogen headlights, that would give them a slightly different appearance.
