ST Coilover Question
Is it normal to be able to push ST/KW struts in by hand? Also is it normal for them to rebound slowly but not all the way?
Edit: found answer. Yes to both. They are hydraulic, not gas assisted so this normal. Last edited by whosdady; 05-03-2014 at 08:31 AM.. |

You can put the ST very low to my standards. I was able to compress the struts by hand too, that's fine. Keep in mind the struts are designed to handle dynamic loading. If you were to try to quickly push it in and out they firm right up.

That's what I was wondering. .. (Being able to compress by hand)
Surprisingly enough, I'm very pleased so far. Much better than stock sport suspension (both performance and comfort wise) Just concerned about the drop after install. 2 inches seemed like a lot. |
