LUX v4 HELP!

I just installed my lux v4 and I'm nearly on the brink of insanity. I've adjusted both of the settings to EXACTLY 6900k. But for some reason, the colour on the driver side do not match at all to the passenger side. The passenger side looks exactly like what a 6900k colour should look like (a nice white colour with a blue hue). But on the driver side its perfectly white. I've tried adjusting the setting on the driver side to a higher kelvin temperature so I can match the passenger side. But every time I adjust it to a higher kelvin temperature, only the inner corona rings would get more blue and the outer ring would barely change. I've played around with the settings for the passenger side and I noticed that the colour on both rings are evenly mixed. In addition I noticed that both rings would change colour evenly as I adjust through the different colour settings - this does not happen with the driver side.

I'm thinking the culprit may be the positioning of the bulb. In other words, the bulb on the driver side may not be positioned in the right way, thereby causing most of the blue LEDS to be fully concentrated on the inner corona rings. I've called Speedstar (the shop that helped me install the bulbs) and they told me that the bulb is fully locked in. I've always trusted speedstar and they never let me down so I do trust them. I just don't know what to do anymore. Perhaps there's something wrong with the bulb itself? what do you guys think? please help!

PS: And to those V4 users who understand what I'm talking about. When you guys lock your car the bulb flickers and then it turns REALLY blue right? well it happens on the passenger side, but it is not as dramatic on the driver side. In other words, the colour does not turn into a DEEP blue after it flickers.

Why didn't you just install them yourself? It's easy.

take the airbox out
its literally a 5 minute job ive done it multiple times in my e90 lci
it got giant hands too and this will make it a lot easier
there is actually more than one way these bulbs will "lock" in
take the bulb out and youll notice there's three prongs i guess you would call them
just turn it over by one prong at a time until its even.

Did the same problem happen to you as well? I've looked at the install guide and it seems like there is only "one" way to put the bulb in. Even though there are 3 prongs, each of the prong seems to have a different size. The T shape hole where you put the bulb in seems to correspond to the different size opening as well. So I'm not sure if I can simply rotate the bulb and try to put the bulb in a different arrangement in the T shape hole?

No I don't think it will fit other than one way, so if the bulb is locked in, then it's correctly installed.

Could be that you have a bad bulb. If you're curious, just take the bulbs out of the housing, and cycle through the different colors and see if there is any blue on the left hand side. If not, I'd ask for a new one.

Sounds like a manufacturer defect, get an exchange or even better save your money all together and return the AEs. The price doesnt justify the issues ppl have been having
