I just bought one for my MINI. Finally...an easy way to change my oil...

Now...if only there was a way to not spill anything from the oil filter housing....the placement of it sucks!!!

Handy/neat little gadget - but on the N51/N52 engines (at least) the drain plug is recessed - which means you have to use the brass extender.

The plug also points directly down at ground, not parallel to ground as shown in Post #5 pic. Once you get the entire extender/valve installed - you can't put the plastic underbody cover back on that goes over oil drain area because the drain valve now extends below it...
