Auto Transmission Fluid leak at heat exchanger

I have a small ATF leak at the coolant/atf heat exchanger on my 335.

Does anyone know how to release the fittings?
Are there o-rings in there that can be replaced at the Cooler End (front of car) I can't find them on realoem
