Turbo Oil Leak Question

Whats going on guys, I took my car to Bayside Bmw for service ( I know go to rallye) but I used to work there and shit got crazy and I cant go there often. I went there so they could replace my turbos under warranty but they only changed my wastegate ( wastegate rattle). Yesterday I took the bottom cover off the car and noticed the turbo is leaking oil. Can I take the car back there or is my only option to get my own turbos? I am not under warranty anymore, the car was cpo.

You could probably get away with it. When I had my turbos replaced at Morristown, the turbo seals began leaking almost immediately after. They fixed them no questions asked as it was clearly a result of the work they did. Worth a shot, no?

This is what im thinking.. but I wasent sure if they are going to fix it considering they only changed the waste gate.

You cannot replace the wastegates without replacing the turbos. It is possible they replaced just the wastegate actuators. Check the service record. I would advise to take it back to the dealer, although my opinion would be not much could be done based on the fact the actuators were the cause of the problem at the time, thus the replacement of the actuators. Worth a shot though.
