So I bought these supposed "cree" Led PY24W bulbs for my e92. Prior to that I had some super generic led py24w that would hyper flash for a second then flashes normal. After this led with the "cree" chip and claims no error code but now it is constant hyper flashing as I signal to turn and there is the error code that is still there.Today I retro fitted my taillights to lci and is a possible eye sore to rear drivers. Anyways can this be coded to slow down to normal signaling speed? Just needed the proper coding if it exists so I can take it to a shop that claims they can code bmw's.

Been discussed prolly 100x - simply code out Cold/Warm Bulb Checks & Error Reporting for all lights involved.
This will stop both the flickering of LED's upon startup due to bulb checks, & hyperflashing...

Unfortunately, once coded to get rid of hyperflashing - it also gets rid of flickering. You can't do one without the other...

I just spoke with a person who does coding locally and he said removing the bulb check will not stop the hyper flashing due to the transmission of power that's supposed to go to an ordinary bulb and since led doesn't need a lot he's getting double the flashing, hence the hyper flashing. He says he's going to install relays for my car.

Well, maybe it's the difference in year of cars, but I've done (3) LCI Tailight conversions in 2009 E92's (including my own) in addition to the LED front turns, and coding out Cold/Warm Bulb Checks along with Error reporting removed both flickering & hyperflashing
I fully understand what you're saying about the differences in LED vs regular bulb activation voltages - but what I described works perfectly regardless. If you do a search many have done the same thing with same results... In other mfg. of cars (such as GM), when I switched to LED bulbs, it was simple matter to switch out the Flasher Relay under the dash with a Digital Version to have them stop hyperflashing
