Extended warranty advise

so I have already extended my warranty for my 07 335i from BMW, and it's about to expire in a month. What are some good companies that are worth the couple of thousands I am going to spend on an extended warranty?

i researched and I finally decided to go with Carchex. They have a pretty good rating and it appears even though they broker the warranty out, they seem to get complaints resolved quickly. I refused to pay for it up front though and went with the monthly payments.
