xi lever is a different design, this one actually sits slightly taller than stock on an xi.
But your not out of luck, for the xi I'm told that the "E90 330i" lever works well. Here's on where to find them on Tischer's website: http://www.getbmwparts.com/partlocat...catalogid=4462 If I wasn't selling my car that's what I would try next.
