Surprise surprise. Just got off the phone with my dealer. He said that I should have been given the y cable adapter when I took delivery. I guess that there is so much to know with these new cars that things like this happen more often. I just don't know though. If i were a salesman I would know the car I am selling backwards and fowards, especially if it was a 50,000 automobile. but that's just me.

They do their best, but with new machines and so many models and options it's not uncommon for even very seasoned sales person to know less about a particular model than the customer who has spent hours researching it...

I suppose you're right. It is true that people that frequent message boards are very knowledgeable about the vehicles they are purchasing, as they should be. So, with the exception of a forgotten Y cable and the 2nd key that he forgot to give me, I really have no complaints.

Its a worthless option if you ask me, I just spent the $20 on an aux cable and a Monster LP charger and was on my way. I'm a shuffle/playlist person so I just get in, press play and go on with my day.
