copy/paste

Sorry for the dumb n00b question I just started reading on this whole coading world and was wondering if it was possible for axample someone to have a coded car with many features enable/dissable to send that file to another member to just simple copy and paste the files? or do we manually must input the "code" words in?

You can take the Net Coding Data from an ECU in its as coded state, and write that to another car's same ECU; however, I would never do this.

The Net Coding Data contains every single setting for the entire ECU, and unless you had an identically optioned car, programmed with the same exact ISTA/P Version I-Level, you are bound to have settings incompatible with your specific build.
