cars louder now after having downpipes on for 2 months
So I got my downpipes installed by a local indy shop at the beginning of summer, they do great body work and after having my downpipes sit in my garage for 1 year I needed someone to install them and no one around me not even muffler shops were familiar with doing this job (western illinois) anyway after finally convincing my body shop to do it I came across some problems after about a month or so, 1st my car sounded like a diesel while idling and almost like there was an exhaust leak or something it almost sound like a bubbling noise when idling (kind of hard to explain) so now I get in my car last night and turn it on in my garage and its louder than ever I go around the block and It sounds like it has no exhaust connected to it. I have an appointment at 1 tomorrow so they can check it out. Hope its nothing to serious. Car pulls the same no codes but I feel like the boost builds faster from what the gas gauge shows.

Sounds like a massive exhaust leak if it sounds like a diesel while idling. FWIW, the noise while driving might be normal. Catless DP's are pretty loud so the burbling at idle and popping are normal. If you have an exhaust leak, it may just magnify that.

Are the gurgles and pops coming from front of the car or the back at the tips? Tips is normal front of car not so much.
