DMTL pump location

Where is the DMTL pump on the 335? Everything posted and pictured is for every car but the 335i. The location that is indicated on those cars is occupied by the exhaust. I am getting code 2A17 and looks like I need to replace it?

I replaced mine and the light still comes on 2 days later in the am
