Morr's are Spun-Forged, which is similar to a flow formed wheel - so it is light, strong, and expensive

But for a CSL, the Morr is one of the most eye catching wheels Ive seen, and personally I love them.

Linea Corse are Low Pressure cast, so it is still a good quality wheel and has some nice styling, but that is the reason they are easier on the wallet then the Morr would be.

Here are my morr vs8.2's. linea corse, avant garde, vmr's don't compare as these are 19 lbs 19'' spunforged wheels. low pressure cast are like 25-30lbs per wheel. A lot of people say that dropping 1 lbs of rotational mass = recovering or gaining about 3 hp. Whether that is true or not I'm not sure.

If you ask around and keep your eye out you can get vs8.2's for a good deal. I saw a post rather recently where someone sold theirs on the black market for like 2500 with tires. So like 1800 for the wheels (depending on the tires). Brand new they're like $3500 for the wheels alone.

Spiike's summer wheel thread

Read up on the Morr's, I definitely recommend them if you can swing them.

Hey Zoeb, what kind of modifications would have to happen on an 11' E90 LCI to run this 9.5/11 set-up, stock height? I know most things are doable, but is it "easily" doable? If not, do you have any other aggresive options for the E90 LCI?

Hi all,

I'm upgrading my wheels this summer and for me it's down to the Avant Garde M359 19" or the Linea Corsa 818 Wheels 19". What do you guys like better?

The LC are a little more expensive and from what I've read better quality. Is that true? Regardless of cost, which look do you like better?

Thanks

the LC818 is a more concave original design, so it's kinda nice to have that vs a wheel style you see on a lot of M3's

However, if that's not enough for you, there's the option of running 19x9.5 +25 front (which has the same concavity as our 19x10 rears) and then a 19x11 for the rears to achieve this look:

More here:

which can also be mounted on a Non-M Pre LCI E90 with a 235/35/19 front and a 265/30/19 rear as long as the car has rolled fenders both front and rear
Here is mine.
non m3
19x9.5 225/35/19 +25
19x11 245/35/19 +25
Did not need to roll the fenders.

Yea, you can roll the front fenders on an E90 / E91

Double D's car is running 19x9.5 + 26 / 19x11 +25

Rear is the same fitment, front is virtually the same as well (1mm is pretty much nothing)

Might want to shoot Ses_D a PM to confirm he doesn't have any rubbing issues, but I think he's good

Zoeb

Hey man i was just wondering with the setup you have how much tire stretch are you running and for the wheels whats youre lip sizes

19x9.5 +26 / -2.5 or -3 ?
19x11 + 25 / -4 or -5 ?

also are you running negative camber?

I have an e92 and im trying to get a more aggressive fitment like this!

looks amazing dude.
