e93 welcome lights WITHOUT auto lights

I have a 03/2010 LCI e93 UK spec
I have the angel eyes coming on when the car is unlocked BUT only when my headlight switch is set to dipped beam

I have the only lci e93 ive seen without auto lights, so I cant leave my switch on auto for the welcome lights to work

I'm up to scratch on coding, but can't seem to get the welcome lights to work with the switch set to off (so the angel eyes light up as DLRs when the engines on)

Wl_mit_fcs is what i cant find as i dknt have auto lights. Gutted
