long story short,
this guy walk in half drunk already, wth I served him a few beer.
He is kind of a guy asking me where I am from. He tells me he go to Asia to fuck girls and tells me how the korean/chinese girls so easy like to get laid by him. I dont give a shit about it but after my rough attitude he probably got pissed so at the end I told him I was sorry for being poor attitude (*after all he WAS a customer in my business) but he later tells me he started talking to me so if he could fuck my sister or mom...... (believe me my blood was up at the top at the time) I got pissed but violence is not an option and will hurt my business so only thing I could do punish him legally is reporting DUI. As soon as he gets on the car and taking off, I called rcmp and reported DUI. I hope he gets busted. lol
btw, I am taking law enforcement course, so I try to keep it legal all the time

You gotta follow him to report where he's going, or else cops can't nail him unless he crash headon an take someone's life. If you encounter these people next time, grab your keys and follow him and stay on the phone with the call center until you see a police cruiser !

being a private establishment, u have EVERY RIGHT to REFUSE HIM SERVICE, so u could've kicked him out of ur bar easily, or u can call the cops and ask the cops to have him removed

and 2, if hes drunk enough to get a DUI from the cops, u can very well get in shit too for OVER SERVING him alcohol...

im curious, but seeing as ur local AND own/operate a bar, do u know what is a "serving it right" certificate?

you misread my post or I didn't state exactly, I actually refused to serve him, and this conversation took outside the bar after I followed him outside.
And no, I dont think he was over drunk. And yes I do have serving right certificate from BC, but no the bar is not in BC. I just wanted him to get busted for having alcohol in his body. like i said this is just long story short,
