Front Diff Question
Hey guys,
My local shop recommended I replace my front diff, as it's on its way out. Its not at a serious level yet, but its getting there. My question is, would it cause me to feel steering vibrations at highway speeds? I'm going to check my wheel balance but other than that I can't really figure out what would cause it to vibrate at higher speeds.

I do not think wearing out front diff will cause steering vibration, normally steering wheel vibration from relatively new car like our e9x is usually fault of tires, rims, balance, alignment or combination of them. When i put on my new sets of rims it cause mad vibration at high speeds turns out the tire guy did not balance front wheels correctly,,,
usually if you feel the vibration through steering wheel there is something wrong your front either balance or bent rims or both, if you feel like whole car is vibrating or your seat it is than it is the rear, again it could be fault of both front and rear |

Ok, so I'll check the balance and go from there. Thanks!
