JB4 Log question

I'm seeing a drop in Ign Adv at about 4200 below 10 dropping to about 7ish, and seeing spikes in my trims during that same time. The end result is a misfire on 4 and 6. My question is based off of this information would I be correct in assuming my misfire is likely plugs, coils, etc.. ??
