Black KUDA Leather Phone/GPS Mount for E9x 3 Series cars without iDrive. Mounts on top of the dash near the vents. Includes phone holder and swivel mount, already attached with 2 sided rubberized tape. Installed on car for less than an hour then removed. Like New. Cost $96 shipped direct from KUDA. Asking $60 shipped CONUS, paypal ok.

For the top one you would need a holder that holds the Garmin to the mount itself. The holder I have that comes with it will work with an iPhone or similar smartphone, but probably not the Garmin.
