E92 Mtech Fog lights (Anyone have LED bulbs in them?)

So does anyone have LED bulbs in place instead of the original halogen bulbs? I know it is not going to be nearly as bright, but the fog here is nearly nonexistent.

Which LED's did you guys get? Anyone try the Cree H11 bulbs?

I am worried about the LEDs being too wide or too tall, happens to me every time for my other cars when I plan to switch from halogen to LEDs for fog lights.

But if there isn't ever fog, and therefore you don't ever use your fog lights, what difference does it make what kind of bulb is sitting in there? And when they do get used when there actually is fog, they won't work as well....

How bright are they compared to stock bulbs? Do they actually light up anything?

Hey Super,

I would say about 60% as much light as my stock bulbs were. Wouldn't rely on them at night but could if my headlights went out

A little update.

I bought a pair of Nokya 7000k Arctic White halogen bulbs, they are not as "white/blue" as my 6000k lowbeams. But they are just as bright as the stock ones but more white.

Lol, they contain 10 years of recyclable juice boxes and bottles. Can probably get a few months worth of gas if I brought them in.

I have since sold the nokya fogs and bought osram LED's, much brighter and matches my angel eyes now.

Yea it was but they don't burn out so I feel I'm getting my money's worth hahaha; plus, I just hated the fact that the fogs didn't match so I couldn't help myself.
