(1-quart) oil light advise!

I need an advice, the oil warning came up and it's showing that tis on the minimum level of the oil, I need to make a kid of long drive about 175 miles in total, should I just add 1quart of oil for now? and I will be doing the oil change this week, what is the best option of oil that I can find in the closed retailers like Autozone etc...

yeah, just add one quart. Why would you not?

You can just grab a euro approved mobil 1 0w-30/40 and throw a quart in.
Youll be all set.

Can't you just advance your oil change ?

You may have an oil leak, these engine don't burn much, if your level is moving, it's going somewhere .

I have a VCG slow leak and already know that when I am down to low mark is time for an oil change. So the leak takes about 8 months to reach the low mark according the ECU oil reading.

In regards to your question, YES add the quart of oil especially before your trip.
