Will 225-30-18 fit on 9 inch wide rims?

Hey guys, since no one on the c63 forum wants to answer my questions I was wondering if anyone over here knows if 225 sections would fit my 9 inch rims for winter? Probably a big stretch but is it too much? thanks

it will fit fine, I have 215 on a 8.5 n therea barely a stretch

wow okay thanks, I want to see if anyone else has an input on this. It would be great if they fit since I don't feel like going through the hassle of selling the tires I have at home and buying new ones!

i got 225/35 on my 8.5, barely any stretch

but it'll be really low profile? use the wheel calculator to see if it's okay first

It will fits, with very little stretch, but you probably want to go with 225/35/18 on your C63

Just checked.. Its actually 225/40/18.. Makes it a little better I guess right?

Yes. it will fit nicely to that wheel. Slight stretch. Here is some examples,

look up the specs for the specific tires you will be using; the mfgr. should give you a range of recommended wheel widths.

yes it will.... I'm running a 225 on a 9. Depending on what tire you get will depend on how much stretch will happen. Some tires stretch better then others.
