What do you pay tax when buying private?

Good thing about private sale is you can declare it at a lower value - however proceed at your own risk.

no, unfrotunately if it was private sell out of province, you pay the 12% tax based on the book value to ICBC lmao.
well, you can't get away, just pay it i guess.

Not sure but I payed 12% of declared value which you declare your self during the transfer
