I get my Motul oil changes for 70$, I watch him do it and he puts in a 5L jug and a little more from another Jug, so at least 6-7L of oil and a Mann filter. The oil he uses is Motul 8100 X CESS 5W40 (maybe this specific oil is cheaper?)

I just got my brake fluid flush done recently with Motul RBF600 for 80$ also.

I go to him for everything and he is awesome and does quality work and lots of souped up cars go to him.

I thought Hope Fung offer the oil alone for $55, not changing it for $55? if it's true, I'll just go to them for oil change !

Buy some canadian tire ramps or a jack and do it yourself for the cost of supplies. I get 10L of mobil 1 synthetic from costco in the US for $50 and a mann filter for around $10. Enough for a change and topping up in between. Plus the joy of doing it yourself.

I'm not quite handicap, so with my M3, oil change cost me $70-$80 doing it myself with 5W50 Mobil 1 and OEM filter. My 335 only takes 0W40 and a filter, guess I'm very lucky with my bimmer !

dont get me wrong dude. Doing an oil change on your own, you only have to pay for the oil and the filter which is about $70 buck. but considering a shop doing it for $70 bucks, what the hell they'r giving you free labour? That's what i was saying.

No biggies , it's just that e90mbition mentioned that he watched Hopefung did his oil change with Motul for $70, so I thought it's a pretty darn good deal. If Hopefung's doing it for $70, I'll definately go with hopefung instead of Performance One, booking and waiting 2 hours for the dealer to perform an oil change is the only thing that stopped me from going. Cheers !

doing an oil change takes about 30 mins @ P1 and booking in advance, isnt it more convenient for the customers and the shops?
