I need help from a member how lives in York, PA. I am trying to buy an item from a guy the lives there but he will not mail it, small box, nothing big at all. The guy also only will take cash only for it.

What I would like to know is if there is a member in York that can contact this guy and pick it up for me, it is only $60 but an item I need badly.

I use paypal and will reimburse the member for what it costs to get it and mail it to me.

If a member is able to handle this for me I would very much appreciate it.

I have exhausted all avenues with this guy.
