I have an 09 335 coupe with 45k miles. Warranty expires June 2014. What price should I ask for?

Here are the options:
Technology package
Comfort access
Cold weather package
Sport package
Optional 19 inch wheels
Automatic with paddles
Logic sound system
Full frontal clear bra with fenders covered
Afe dual cone intake
Cobb AP Tuned (unit included)
New Michelin pilot super sport tires
Recently tuned up with oil change, new plugs, and injectors.

Any advice is much appreciated. Love this car but need a bigger car for my growing family. I guess it gives me an excuse to get an X5.

I would part out the intake and Cobb.

I think that's a little optimistic. I doubt it's worth even $22k on a dealer trade in and not more than mid $20's on a private sale - if you're lucky.

Look around, unfortunately these are all over at places like Carmax for $25-26k.
