Each injector has been cleaned and fully tested. I offer a 90 day warranty on each injector I sell.

I'm not sure if I'm the most qualified to answer this question. I'm assuming that later revisions fixed some of the known issues with the injectors.

The most common issue I see with the 138 injectors is carbon build up and leaking. I've had many requests for the 261 injectors so it would seem not all the issues have been worked out.
