335i tyres

Was sure I made a thread just now but phone didnt put it through. Need to replace tyres on my 335i. Im currently running michelin pilot supersports. Which are great in the summer but seem pretty average in our too common drizzly and wet weather. Running 265 rears and 235 fronts.

Anyone got any suggestions as im quite reluctant to go for the supersports given the huge price tag and that I wasnt impressed with wet grip. ?

I've just changed to Eagle F1 Asy 2's. Liked them on my S3 so figured I'd give them a go on the Beemer.

Hmm thats one thing im worried about is the tyre wear. My current rear tyres look fine from the outside but the inside edge is completely bald. I know this is to do with the camber from what ive read. But this is normal for the e92 335i's as far as im aware. So alignment wont make any difference?

It's not normal (although common), and it can be fixed with alignment and making sure the tyres are inflated properly.

I have Goodyear Eagle F1 A2's all round and they are absolutely fantastic. The amount of grip available in the wet is leagues above what i got from the Potenza RE050A's and as an added bonus, they have every bit of the feel that the Potenza's did. I don't know what Goodyear did, but they've made one hell of a tyre.
