Vishnu autotune and leaving stock for a while

Guys,

If I drive on stock map for an extended time, will it affect my performance maps with the autotune of the values are completely kept? (Vishnu v5)

Yes, just reset your adaptations and do some pulls on your autotune map and all should be well.
