What's going on everybody?
I have a few questions regarding which cable I could so that I could get the jb4 backend flash? I have a friend that has a Nissian 370Z and he allowed me to borrow his EcuTek OBDII cable. I wanted to know could I use this cable as a substitution over the BT cable, being that it is an OBDII cable or will it not work. According to the instructions it's a CAN & Dual K- Line, which I'm not sure what any of that means but is there any difference between the BT cable and this. I'm only trying to use this because I'm not trying to spend that amount of money on a one time use item.

I doubt it will work but give it a shot. Like the person above said plug it in and see if it will read the DME. I'm pretty sure they made the flash developed to work specifically for the BT so my guess is it wont

It gives you the compatible manufacturers on the cable and on the website. It is only for Japanese cars.
