whats the condition on that jb4 stage 2 wires ? looks beat up

Well, I am not sure about your definintion of beat up, but the JB4 is in excellent shape. The wires you are looking, through crappy pictures I will admit, still has the black grease that is inside the wire caps that you have to connect to. So that might be what you are referring to.
