Bmw Starter / Warranty Question
Just picked up a 08 328i with 64k miles. Realized the car has warranty till the end of this year which is the CPO 6 year/100k miles coverage. Also noticed when im starting the car feels like it takes a second or two longer than my 335i did.. Starting to guess that the starter of the car is going bad It's not every time but a good 2/5 starts. I was hoping that it would be covered by the warranty, or if anyone has experienced anything similar.. Any feed back would help, thanks! |

Battery or starter. If you use a boost pack/ jumper cables does it smooth out the start? does the battery read normal volts/ amps?
Warranty is the best because the starter is hiding under the intake manifold (n52) but if you have to change it the cheapest route is to remove it and have it refurbished.
